Where is my quarantine report?

Some of the filter system features will change with the mail system that was put in service December 12, 2024. Namely users will need to help teach the new filter over time by moving any junk mail that is delivered into their Inbox to the Junk folder in their account. The system scans that folder periodically and will learn over time what spam is and what users would like filtered. The inverse is true for mail that gets filtered when a user would prefer it be delivered. Moving mail from the Junk folder back to your Inbox will teach the filter to not capture that email and move it to the Junk folder.

As with anything, there are some caveats to the way this works. If you find you are consistently getting mail in the wrong folder please contact support@tiaspeed.com, or create a ticket with the help desk, with all the details about the relevant email (sender, date/time received, and subject) so we can further investigate.

Quarantine reports will still be sent out to users daily around 3:00 AM Mountain time. The interface users access to release mail and adjust their trusted / blocked senders will now be here:

Use your full email account as the login and the same password you use to access your email to view your quarantine and manage your email account options.
